A / Your return concerns an order error or a non-conforming product:

Every order is shipped with care to make sure you are happy. Unfortunately, it is possible that we have made an error in the order, size, reference, or that the article has a defect. In these cases, please follow the procedure below:

1 / Transfer of the request:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days - from the date of receipt of the order - to send a return request.

- Via your customer account : The customer can go to "orders history" and once the order is "Delivered", click on "Details": a refund request section is available. All you have to do is check the box of the article which is the subject of the request, add a comment with reservations and complaints in the box provided and click on "Return a product".

MIINA Store will contact you within a maximum of 72 hours to confirm whether or not the return costs are covered.

2 / Time and costs:

After agreement between you and MIINA Store, the products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within a period of 14 days from the date of the return request. If the return is due to an order error or product defects, the costs will be borne by us. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return costs .

Note that if you have made the purchase via Paypal and the return costs are your responsibility, they can be refunded to you within the limit of 30 € per return. (see the Paypal conditions in Clicking here ).

3 / Procedure:

If the return is our responsibility, we will send you a return label that you stick on the package. It will be left with the carrier indicated on the label. Otherwise, we thank you for sending your package to the following address:

4 / Refund or exchange:

If you have opted for a refund , it should be finalized within 5 working days after receipt of the package, but for some banks, the refund It may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase.

If you have opted for an exchange , we will send you a discount code for the amount of the item once the package is returned. You can order another item (while stocks last) on the site and copy paste the code into your basket to obtain the reduction. This code can be used on several orders if the amount of the order is less than the amount of the reduction.

5 / Exceptions and returns not accepted:

For reasons of hygiene and to avoid financial losses (products not put back for sale), MIINA Store reserves the right to waive reimbursement in the following cases:

-Washed Products

-Stained (makeup, etc ...)

-Damaged (deformed, burnt, torn, etc ...)

-Malodorants (smell of food, sweat, etc.)

-Hijabs and scarves

B / The goods are damaged due to transport:

Be careful, remember to check the condition of your package on arrival because it is when the package is handed over that the transfer of product liability takes place. Refuse the damaged package if the delivery requires a signature by the carrier by making a reservation on the delivery note or inform the merchant of the relay point for a return of the package If you notice damage to a package delivered to a letterbox or to opening your package, please send a reasoned protest to the carrier, by registered letter, within 3 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) and send us the copy of the registered letter with the tracking number by e -mail or via our page “ Contact ”. No refund or exchange can be made without having transmitted the reservations to the carrier.
