MIINA Store is a micro-enterprise, whose head office is at 1B, rue Salvador Dali, 35230 ST ARMEL (France), registered with the R.C.S. of RENNES under number 884 440 405 represented by Mrs. Magalie BIGAN. MIINA Store sells clothing and accessories to its customers via its website.

2. Preamble, acceptance

MIINA Store invites users of the site to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("CGV / CGU"), because when placing the order, said conditions are subject to acceptance by user (check cache). However, within this framework, the T & Cs / T & Cs can be viewed at any time on this page. 5. Orders

Any Order can be made by a user with or without registration. The user can add products to their virtual shopping cart and access the summary to confirm the products they wish to order. The prices are also excluding shipping costs and take into account the applicable reductions in force on the day of the order. The price indicated does not include the delivery costs which will be detailed if necessary in the summary before placing the order.

Currencies: The company offers to pay in euros only.

Discounts: The company may provide the customer with price reductions, discounts and discounts on one or more items, or on the entire basket depending on the offer at the time set by the latter. Under no circumstances may a user require the application of discounts no longer in effect on the day of the order.

7. Payment terms

8. Delivery

Several types of deliveries are available and the price varies according to each carrier offered. Deliveries are managed by our partners La Poste and Mondial Relay. The products are delivered exclusively to the following geographical areas:

The company is committed to providing all material and human efforts to deliver the products as soon as possible. These may vary depending on the geographic area of ​​the customer, the delivery method chosen or the product ordered. The average time will be displayed when ordering and when choosing the carrier. If the delivery deadline of 2 pm is exceeded, except in cases of force majeure, the customer may request the termination of the contract by e-mail or via the “contact” page of the site. Any order not claimed within 90 days of payment will be the property of the company. Delivery prices: Delivery is free for France and € 1.99 for Europe (some countries) with the carrier Mondial Relay. Delivery can also be done via Colissimo at € 4.99 for France and € 7.99 / € 16.99 for Europe.

9. Complaint

For all orders made on the site, the customer has a right of complaint of 14 days from delivery of the product. It is up to him to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery. 10. Consumer's right of withdrawal and product return condition

The consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the placing of the order, except for the products mentioned in article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

A- TRANSFER OF THE REQUEST:

B- TIME AND COSTS:

After agreement between you and MIINA Store, the products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 7 days from the date of this agreement. If the return is due to an order error or product defects, the costs will be borne by MIINA Store. Otherwise, the return costs are yours.

C- RETURN PROCEDURE:

If the return is our responsibility, we will send you a return label that you stick on the package. It will be left with the carrier indicated on the label. Otherwise, we thank you for sending your package to the following address:

D- REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

If you have opted for a refund, it should be finalized within 5 working days after receiving the package, but for some banks, the refund may take up to 10 working days before appearing on your statement. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase. If you have opted for an exchange, we will send you a discount code for the amount of the item once the package is returned. You will be able to order another item on the site and copy paste the code into your basket to obtain the reduction. This code can be used on several orders if the amount of the order is less than the amount of the reduction.

E- EXCEPTIONS & RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED:

11. Transfer of risk and ownership

Transfer of risk: For professional customers, the transfer of risk to the customer takes place as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier by MIINA Store. For consumer customers, the transfer of risk takes place upon delivery or upon withdrawal of the goods.

12. Legal guarantees

The products sold on the site are guaranteed in accordance with the legal provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code as reproduced below:

The replacement of the products does not have the effect of extending the duration of the warranty.

13. Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify the site, the GTC / GTCU as well as any delivery procedure or other component of the services provided by the company through this site.
