Orders placed on the day can be canceled as long as they have not yet been dispatched. We usually ship orders between 1 and 3 days, which is why you can write to us as soon as possible at: INFO@MIINA.store or us write via the page “ Contact ” before midnight on the day of the order to make your request for cancellation or modification.
After this period , we cannot ensure the modification / cancellation of your order.

What is your return policy?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days - from the date of receipt of the order - to send a return request.
The products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 7 days from the date of this agreement. If the return is due to an order error or product defects, the costs will be borne by MIINA Store. Otherwise, the return costs are yours
