DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED:

We are committed to providing all material and human efforts to deliver the products as soon as possible. In the best case, delivery will be made on time. If we notice a delay in our deliveries, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If the expected delivery date of 7 days is exceeded, or after 30 days from the date of your order, except in cases of force majeure and without news from us, you can request the cancellation and refund of your order up to 60 days after the scheduled delivery date. RESPONSIBILITY:

The transfer of risk and responsibility takes place when the customer collects his order (delivery of the package to the customer in letterbox, relay point or by hand). Without reservation from your side, the delivered products will be registered as compliant and our responsibility is no longer engaged.

We can not be held responsible for delays in deliveries related to strikes, bad weather, traffic restriction, theft when the carrier mentions that the package has been delivered, package returned to the sender in the event of inaccuracy, incomplete contact details provided by the customer or unclaimed package. It is therefore the buyer's responsibility to pay the new shipping costs and compensation costs (if the Post Office charged us with return costs).

PACKAGE DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT:

Be careful, remember to check the condition of your package on arrival because it is when the package is handed over that the transfer of product liability takes place.

Refuse the damaged package if the delivery requires a signature by the carrier by making a reservation on the delivery slip or inform the merchant of the relay point for a return of the package.

Respecting the article L133-3 of the French Business code : If you notice damage to a package delivered to a letterbox or when your package is opened, please send a reasoned protest to the carrier, by registered letter, within 3 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) and send us the copy of the registered letter with the tracking number by e-mail or via our page “ Contact ”. No refund or exchange can be made without having transmitted the reservations to the carrier.

COMPLIANCE:

In accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Article L. 217-4 of the Consumer Code, if we deliver a product that does not correspond to the one ordered, we will return the product to you, depending on stock availability, or we will issue you a refund.
